(2) Schedule 1, page 3 (after line 8), after the definition of above the line, insert: _ above the line candidate_ means: (a) two or more candidates who have made a joint request under section 168 for their names to be grouped on the ballot paper; or (b) a candidate that has made a request under section 168A for a square to be printed above the dividing line for the candidate.
