ACT notifiable invoices
Monthly paid-invoice disclosures by ACT Territory entities for invoices valued at $25,000 or more. The register runs from July 2015 to the latest published month. It is not all ACT spending.
Catalogued period: July 2015 to September 2026. Dates and amounts follow the published payment records. The $25,000 threshold applies to invoice value; an individual payment can be smaller. Amounts are Australian dollars. Search covers descriptions and reporting entities.

How to read these records
The $25,000 threshold is invoice value, not each payment amount. These paid-invoice disclosures are not all ACT spending.
Invoice-received dates were added for reporting from July 2017. June 2017 may use the date a valid invoice was received or, in a small number of cases, the finance-system entry date. Some received dates are missing, including scheduled payments and entities unable to transmit the date.
There is no unique invoice ID. Row positions and Socrata IDs locate snapshot records, not invoices. 1,530 duplicate groups / 2,393 extra copies kept as published.
Snapshot month coverage: 135 payment months from July 2015 to September 2026; 0 empty months in that span. 2 rows have pre-start payment dates and 2 have no payment date. A month appearing does not establish complete entity reporting.
Reporting-entity labels changed over time, including 19 August 2025. Codes remain as published. Financial year and month use payment date, not received date. Exact duplicates and missing values are retained; no spending total is computed.
A contract number may appear on several source records. Contract values and invoice payments describe different things and should not be added together.
Some published payment dates precede the stated July 2015 start; the earliest is 17 Dec 2005. Missing dates and amounts also remain as published, without correction. The latest payment date in this snapshot is 30 Sep 2026. The publisher says records are published within 21 days after the month paid. This does not establish complete spending or complete reporting by every entity.
